Control, monitor and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for mechanical services such as apron systems, lift, escalator and walkway system and building maintenance units
Assist in daily inspection, workmanship monitoring, testing and commissioning of alteration and improvement works, including handover and defects inspection
Liaise with internal departments, business partners and government departments to carry out fault rectification and other maintenance activities
Carry out fault attendance and rectification works
Prepare system log, fault report, incident investigation and fault analysis
Assist in preparation of maintenance contracts, maintenance budget and control of maintenance expenditure
Implement and refine process management on maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years relevant working experience in supervision of mechanical and/or airport facilities maintenance works. Degree holder with 4 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Candidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 12 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker for HV and/or LV electrical installations is preferred
Solid experience in airport works and/or maintenance of large scale electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
Proactive and detail-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organisation skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
