Responsibilities
1. Have an in-depth understanding of e-commerce, especially the international local and cross-border e-commerce business forms, clarify the compliance risk level and promote the deployment of compliance risk strategies through research and analysis of e-commerce related sectors such as content marketing, online transactions, logistics, and after-sales 2. Be responsible for building an indicator evaluation system, timely perceive and discover problems, and provide intervention for employees high-risk compliance behaviors 3. Through investigation, business link combing, and violation trends, thoroughly analyze high-risk positions and international e-commerce business process risk points, and provide risk reduction solutions 4. Be good at summarizing common problems, coordinating all parties to jointly promote governance and risk control projects, provide important input for business decision-making, and keep feedback channels unblocked and effective.
Qualifications
1. 5 years or more of business compliance experience, internal employee compliance experience is preferred 2. Have risk assessment and identification capabilities, and have relevant work backgrounds such as e-commerce risk control strategy, risk governance, anti-bribery and anti-fraud, and employee fraud investigations are preferred 3. Have good logical analysis skills and business understanding skills, have good insight, and be good at summarizing 4. Have strong business communication skills, and fluent English is preferred.
