Job Summary
- Assists in project planning/ initiation phase and support users during implementation.
- Managed Local vendor in BAU troubleshooting and project period.
- Co-working with global team for project execution and align with policy/standard.
- Assist PSS to resolve BAU incidents.

- Understand the incoming and outgoing data flow among interfaces, both online and batch.
- To handle queries and maintain effective working relationships with all departments, country and internal stakeholders including technology teams.
- Ensure effective follow ups and escalations, in resolving outstanding exceptions, process and system issues.
People & Talent
- To function as a Specialist in Banking applications.
- Possess ability to understand the work plans and organizes their own work effectively.
- Able to identify sudden changes at a transactional level.
Risk Management
- Identify and share industry best practices and work with the businesses for their feasibility and implementation
- Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an acceptable timeframe and/or escalated through process owners or risk committee

- Responsible for the statement delivery governance.
