Responsibilities
1. Familiar with the SLG game system, deeply understand the needs and pain points of players, design important gameplay and system functions in the game according to the overall design ideas of the game, and pay attention to detail design 2. Write planning proposals and demand documents, coordinate cooperation between development departments, and follow up the whole process from idea to implementation of demand 3. Have data analysis capabilities and awareness of continuous iteration and optimization, and be able to follow up the iteration of design according to data and user feedback to ensure continuous optimization of design content 4. Keep an eye on the SLG game market, be innovative, and be able to propose innovative designs and improvement suggestions based on the game style and user group preferences 5. Participate in version quality control, including playability, visual performance, interactive design, and overall game fluency design.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of game planning experience, with complete project experience from R&D to operation 2. Familiar with the game development process, able to fully build the core system and get online verification, and those with experience in R&D of online mobile game products are preferred 3. Familiar with SLG game products, and have a high interest and enthusiasm in game design, and those who have experience in the development and launch of similar products are preferred 4. Have good logical thinking and analytical skills, and be able to design complex game systems 5. Have certain numerical design experience, and understand the principles of game economy and balance 6. Good at communication and teamwork, open and humble, able to cooperate with people from different professional backgrounds have strong game analysis skills, and a deep understanding of the core principles of the game and the mentality of players.
