T&I Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage the transportation and installation phases of offshore wind projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project coordinators, and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed transportation and installation plans, including logistics, vessel selection, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication and project alignment throughout all phases of execution.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to transportation and installation operations, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets for transportation and installation activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and financial accountability.

• Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices in all operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in transportation and installation operations, driving innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and installation management within the marine or offshore wind sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex offshore projects, including experience with installation vessels and marine logistics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Mandarin speaking is a must
