Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in assisting our users and ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent speaking in Mandarin is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
