Job Intro
Join the dynamic team at Cake as a
Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent to help drive our company's growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the People team and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience, ensuring that we attract and retain the best candidates who align with Cake's values and goals.
Salary
NTD 700,000 - 1,200,000 annually (The salary package will depend on your contributions and proven TA experience.)
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to implement an efficient and effective recruitment and candidate assessment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, helping individuals find their ideal roles at Cake.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and successfully closing candidates.
- Manage all recruiting tasks, such as posting job advertisements, preparing interview materials, and coordinating follow-up on interview outcomes.
- Organize and attend recruitment events, such as university career fairs and industry-specific job fairs, to network with potential candidates.
- Contribute to Cake's growth by helping us identify and secure top talent for our teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, either as an in-house recruiter or recruitment consultant, preferably in a startup and international environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and execution capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Proven experience in leading employer branding initiatives.
