Responsibilities
1. Talent Marketing Activities Operations: Coordinate talent marketing activities, including but not limited to content planning, hot spot creation, creative output and operation execution, coordinate and promote the project from 0-1 and be responsible for the final activity effect 2. Improve the penetration rate of marketing activities on the talent side, and then create marketing activity IP, and continuously enhance the attractiveness of the activities to talents 3. Smoothly connect with the business team, fully understand the pain points of merchants and business, and integrate high-quality resources (good business, good products, incentive resources) 4. Work closely with the collaborative team to promote the smooth implementation of the team project.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of experience in creator operation and marketing activity operation, good copywriting skills and content creative ideas 2. Have strong marketing activity planning and activity coordination capabilities, understand online and offline activities, content planning cooperation processes and related production expertise, can be independently responsible for marketing activity planning and execution, and have emergency problem handling capabilities 3. Have the ability to independently disassemble and solve problems, good data analysis capabilities, and can gain insight into talent growth opportunities from complex business situations 4. Have excellent communication skills and self-driving ability, mature negotiation and communication skills and cross-departmental co-construction capabilities.
