Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of the talent team in the women's wear industry, formulate short-term and medium-term strategies for talent operation, and implement them 2. Establish an industry talent matrix, discover and cultivate talents within the site, recruit talents outside the site, establish talent growth paths, and create a healthy talent ecology 3. Design a talent incentive system, formulate a phased talent development strategy, continuously optimize the talent operation model, and promote model innovation 4. Matching people and goods, having a good understanding of product selection, and having the ability to select products, and achieving the common growth of influencers and merchants through the matching of high-quality goods, merchants and influencers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Rich experience in live e-commerce or shelf e-commerce, with experience in influencer operation or MCN work, and the ability to select and match goods 3. Have good business cooperation design and negotiation skills, good team management and project management skills, and can execute and get results efficiently 4. Have deep consumer insight and strategic thinking ability, and be able to discover and solve problems from data 5. Good communication skills and organizational coordination skills, meticulous and patient work attitude, able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, passionate and creative, and excellent stress resistance 6. Excellent learning ability, execution and logical thinking, result-driven, responsible and accountable.
