Responsibilities
1. Create hot events: Coordinate city marketing activities, including but not limited to content planning, creative output and operation execution, promote the project from 0-1 and be responsible for the final event effect 2. Content quality: Improve the quality of talent content, formulate effective author operation strategies based on the existing reach system, conduct layered author operations, balance supply and demand, optimize the content ecology, and be responsible for the overall effect 3. Connect with the business team, fully understand the business pain points, and integrate high-quality supply (good business, good products) from the user's perspective 4. Work closely with the collaborative team to promote the smooth implementation of the team project.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of content operation experience, with relevant work experience in talent operation is preferred 2. Have strong marketing activity planning and activity coordination capabilities, can be independently responsible for market activity planning and execution, and have emergency problem handling capabilities 3. Have the ability to independently disassemble and solve problems, and can gain insight into talent growth opportunities from complex business and product status 4. Have good communication skills and a certain degree of self-drive, excellent negotiation and communication skills and cross-departmental co-construction capabilities.
