Responsibilities
1. Responsible for talent product strategy, including but not limited to video and live scene pallet analysis, control and traction of goods, etc., responsible for the competitiveness and operating efficiency of talent products, and promote business transaction growth 2. In-depth insight into the entire chain of talent video and live broadcast sales, collaboratively establish an analysis system for product supply monitoring, drilling down, and opportunity exploration, explore potential pain points and opportunities in products, and integrate platform resources to clarify specific and feasible strategies 3. Closely collaborate with influencer operations and distribution business to efficiently implement and verify the effectiveness of strategies, continuously iterate and optimize, and promote implementation by creating classic cases, incentives, and other means 4. Establish commodity evaluation standards, coordinate with all parties to clarify key categories, promote implementation on a large scale (including but not limited to influencer selection and testing, rule output), and precipitate operational methodology.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of operation experience, experience in content platform commodity supply operation, and experience in instant retail platform category operation and content selection is preferred 2. Have strong logical thinking and innovative spirit, be able to identify key issues in complex businesses, have good strategic design, product thinking and data analysis capabilities, be able to independently analyze and explore business demands and propose solutions 3. Good understanding and communication skills, strong execution, self-driven, good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, and be able to seek the best solution from a win-win perspective in a complex business environment.
