1. Deeply understand the business status, explore business bottlenecks, optimize and iterate the talent operation system, form solutions and promote implementation, and be responsible for the planning, output, implementation and operation results of the solutions 2. Carry out multi-party linkage and collaboration, and be able to propose new exploration directions and talent operation and growth model iterations according to the business development stage 3. 1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant work experience in creator operation or strategic operation, with strategic experience preferred 2. Have strong data analysis ability, be able to find problems from data, formulate plans, and be able to clearly evaluate priorities 3. Be good at summarizing and presenting, have the ability to solve complex problems, and have good product insight 4.
