Position Overview
Details of the Division and Team:
Technology/Service is responsible for delivering the business vision and strategy, at a global level, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction through industrialization, price/value optionality and leveraging increased automation and the use of technology.
Work includes:
- Creating a digital vision and strategy for the bank, and ensuring its integration with the organization's overall strategic plans
- Identifying opportunities for differentiating the bank's digital portfolio including capabilities and solutions
- Acting as a change agent in leading the organizational changes that are required to create and maintain the necessary digital portfolio.
- Applying extensive knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital market, acts as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology and business.

Your key responsibilities:
- Perform trade floor technical support, include but not limited to:
- Provide timely resolution on Market Data and Dealing Systems (such as Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.)
- L1 support and incident escalation for global IB applications.
- L1/L2 support and incident management for local MM/FX applications.
- L1 support for dealer phone system.
- Quickly resolve desktop and corporate iPhone issues.
- Perform end user technical support to all branch users, include but not limited to:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Research questions using available information resources.
- Advise user on appropriate action.
- Take shift to perform morning check for local infrastructure and applications systems (start from 8am)
- Produce summary reports for end user related services.
- Responsible for end user related technology projects local implementation, include but not limited to:
- Asset management for end user equipment.
- Department BCM coordinator, responsible for department BCM plan reviewing and annual test coordination.
- ID administration for local applications.
- L1 support for local applications.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support role, for trading floor.
- At least 3 years experience in banking industry or dealing room environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows desktop environment
- Good communication skills and able to work in fast pacing and demanding environment.
- Familiar with market data systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High energy and enthusiasm / compulsion to do whatever it takes to reach a successful outcome.
- Good command of English.
