Lead data driven decision making in Wealth Management business and related WM Platform
Understand consumer Wealth Management products in DBS including Investment product, Mortgage, Deposit and Banca products
engagement methods - prospecting, click through journey, portfolio management, etc
Work closely with Product, Martech, Segment, Regional, Finance and Operations teams and within MtJ squads to develop new strategies, build seamless customer journeys, drive better customer experience
Enable and support in upgrading team member data analytics skillset via onboarding at ADA (a modern data analytics platform cope with CML,Python, Pyspark etc)
Create customer and business impact:
Utilize Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive business impact with product partners
Drive cognitive and automated banking initiatives through Machine learning models development and automation of control towers
Identify key trends, provide insights on performance & causality and identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement
Be customer obsessed. Drive deeper understanding of consumer needs and preferences Analyse customer behaviour and help design campaigns/experiments to drive customer engagement and marketing effectiveness

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with several years of experience in managing data analytics product delivery
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Highly numerate with keen eye for details and accuracy;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to explain complex concepts with simplicity. Strong ability to present and communicate to senior management;
Ability to handle difficult conversations with stakeholders with discerning tact
Growth mindset; Open to transformation capabilities in the organisation; Actively promote and encourage adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives
Well versed with data analytics techniques like predictive, prescriptive, ML and AI
Preferred but not mandatory:
Past experience in data management and analytics in the banking industry
Proficiency on coding skills Experience to manipulate in handling big data; Ability to run queries for data extraction;
Preferred knowledge on statistical languages including SQL, Python, Pyspark
