Onboarding: Lead cross-functional teams across front, middle and back office to continuously improve personal loans onboarding process, shorten turnaround times, and optimize approval processing.
Leads strategy: Craft outbound leads generation strategy and introduce new targeting mechanisms to boost sales efficiency and momentum.
Digital engagement: Strategize and drive digital transformation roadmap to enhance digital presence, achieve true straight-through processing, lower acquisition costs.
Channels strategy: Partner with sales team to expand distribution channels, implement effective channel controls, and enable productivity growth.
Data insights: Leverage data insights to refine personal loans eligibility criteria, credit policies, and risk management strategies to uplift approval rates and loan volumes.
Tech collaboration: Collaborate with technology team to deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operating efficiency.
Qualification:
10+ years experience in product management, specifically in credit cards or personal loans
Strong track record of delivering successful consumer lending business results
Experience in leading and managing high-performing product teams
Strategic thinker with ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into winning strategies
Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
Adequate sales acumen and experience in working with frontline sales Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage data to inform decisions
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and experimentation
Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering differentiated product experiences
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
