Responsibilities
Strategy
- Aligned with the Group's standard and requirements, comply with the procedure and group policy
- Process improvement and simplification to shorten TAT, reduce the operation risk and cost.
Business
- Cooperate with WM for business development.
Processes
- To execute the process to ensure the quality and fulfil the SLA requirement.
- To comply with DOA, internal control, follow the policy of Group, SCBTW and local regulation.
- To continue the process improvement, lower the operating risk/cost.
- To ensure the operating quality.
- To participate the process efficiency projects
- To handle the frontline inquiry and customer complaint.
Risk Management
- To ensure the KCSA execution on schedule without overdue.
- Escalate to LM and BRM once OR issues and losses have been identified.
- To keep and maintain the record appropriate for audit trail.
- To maintain and investigate the DOI and Memo
Governance
- To comply with the Group's value behavior and code of conduct.
- To familiar and comply with all regulations, laws and group standard.
- To complete all required training without overdue.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Qualification
- Fluent English capability
- Well experienced in Banking Products and Services, Investment Operations and Risk
- 5+ years in banking operations.
