1. Design work pipeline for 3D action art, formulate production standards, and develop auxiliary tools 2. Collaborate with engine technology to build animation processes within the engine and promote the evolution of engine animation technology 3. Communicate well with planning, technology, and art teams, connect the functional work content related to animation, and improve the animation quality of the next generation of game products.

1. More than two years of experience in 3D action art production, can independently produce animation assets, and have good aesthetic ability 2. Familiar with the work pipeline of game binding, animation and capture, and proficient in the use of related DCC software 3. Proficient in a programming language and can independently complete plug-in development 4. Proficient in using Unity or UE engine, and can independently build animation processes in the engine 5. Good problem-finding and problem-solving skills 6. Love games, be pragmatic and studious, be proactive, and have a persistent pursuit of animation technology and game performance good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
