1. Responsible for the technical art development of cross-platform and multi-terminal (PC/Mobile/Console) games 2. Maintain good communication with the art and technical teams, and cooperate with the technical team to develop various rendering features 3. Formulate art production standards, establish art workflows, and develop various art tools 4. Develop art effects and performance optimization plans for each platform.

1. More than 3 years of experience in technical art, proficient in Unity and Unreal engines 2. Familiar with mainstream art software 3dMax, Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, etc. familiar with Max/Maya Script for art tool development 3. Familiar with Shader, able to make Shader that meets art needs, and have experience in Shader performance optimization 4. Have good aesthetic and logical thinking skills, and have the ability to independently solve art-oriented technical problems 5. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit 6. Be proactive, creative, keep up with cutting-edge technology, pursue perfection, and be passionate about game development.
