Responsibilities
1. Aiming at the 3D interactive needs of different business scenarios under the business form of Douyin, control the realization of real-time rendering effects and provide technical support for artistic creativity 2. Responsible for the planning and practice of 3D self-developed engine rendering effects, lay the tone of engine rendering style, and grasp the balance between effect and performance 3. Responsible for asset performance optimization, formulate the best art production specifications for different business scenarios, and guide the implementation of design effects 4. Explore the upper limit of screen performance for mobile devices and serve the creative needs of designers in different businesses of Douyin 5. Improve the collaborative efficiency between art and technology by customizing plug-ins, tools, and optimizing workflows for engine editors.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of R&D experience, proficient in Unity/UE or other game engines, and experience in self-developed engine R&D is preferred 2. Have a solid foundation in 3D graphics and be familiar with the application and principles of common rendering algorithms 3. Proficient in using at least one Shader language and have experience in using VFX special effects tools such as ShaderGraph/particle system 4. Familiar with commonly used DCC software 3ds Max, Maya, and Zbrush, and have certain modeling and model optimization capabilities 5. Have good aesthetic and logical thinking, and be able to independently solve technical problems in art 6. Have excellent team communication skills, and work with art and R&D teams to achieve design goals.
