Technical Document Engineer

1. Responsible for the Chinese and English document writing and maintenance of Volcano Engine security products/voice technology TTS 2. Be able to plan document release and content design according to product PRD (product requirement document) and iteration rhythm, and deliver documents on time and with high quality 3. Continuously improve document quality through product analysis, data analysis, user research and other channels.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with background knowledge in security, voice technology, developer tools and other related fields, computer science major is preferred 2. Excellent English reading and writing skills, and experience in English document work 3. Good communication and collaboration skills.
