We are looking for a Poultry Technical Manager to be responsible for technical service support in some areas, help customers solve on-site technical problems, and ensure product effectiveness and value presentation. Collaborate with the sales manager to develop scale farms and establish benchmark customers to increase sales and market share. Responsible for training sales managers and partners, promoting their growth, and promoting DSM's value system and product solutions through meetings and factory visits, so that customers can believe, use and recognize DSM-Firmenich's products.
Main Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the business department to develop KA customers for poultry, provide customers with follow-up technical services, and help customers solve on-site technical problems.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing poultry product usage data, and recommending formula production for poultry customers.
- Responsible for implementing the company's technical service system, cooperating with sales to increase sales and market share.
- According to the needs of customers and sales teams, host various small and medium-sized technical lectures and technical promotion meetings in designated areas.
- Responsible for improving the technical service level of sales managers and partners in the jurisdiction.
- Participate in the company's customer product training and introduction, the preparation and proofreading of poultry manuals and materials the preparation and training of technical materials in the poultry product technical training of business personnel the research and development, upgrading of the company's poultry products, and put forward rationalization suggestions other work arranged by the company and departments.

You will bring
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above
- A major in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge/Skills: Good product knowledge and technical background
- Good communication and conflict management skills, presentation skills and strong on-site technical problem-solving ability
- Ability to adapt to the company's work rhythm and business trips
- Rich nutrition background in feed companies or on-site work experience in large-scale laying hen farms is preferred.
