Deliver round-the-clock technical support to both internal and external stakeholders via our fault reporting systems and maintenance hotline
Address inquiries and direct service requests to respective Fault Response Team members to ensure swift response and follow-up actions
Operate and maintain our Airport Asset Management System (AAMS), ensuring all service request statuses are accurately tracked and updated
Perform data analysis on fault and maintenance data from AAMS. Prepare both summary and ad hoc reports
Provide operation support services to Fault Response Team Management Office (FRTMO)
Perform shift duties including overnight shift are required
Requirements:
Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Engineering, Facility Management or other related disciplines with at least 5 years relevant working experience
A broad understanding of various engineering disciplines is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in IBM MAXIMO application is highly preferred
Good telephone manner, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced excel skills are highly preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
