General Overview:
- This position will be responsible for leading the Cirque sales organization in Asia. You will coordinate existing accounts, build relationships with key customer contacts and aggressively fill the sales pipeline with new leads and opportunities.
- Generate revenues within the organization interacting with customers, sales reps and other employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products and services directly to end users and OEMs and ODMs
- Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop applications of products and services. This can apply to existing accounts or cold prospecting of new leads.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner
- Build a strong network of customer contacts and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Record all customer data in a CRM.
- Build customer information regarding org charts, decision makers, etc in the CRM.
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning
- Participate in development of new product roadmaps and modification of existing product roadmaps
- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers.
- Manage assigned sales budgets in an efficient and effective manner
- Manage outside sales representatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering or a related technical field
- Five years of sales experience
- Well-developed sales skills
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Experience selling technical products and solutions
- Marketing and market planning knowledge
- Competence with office software tools including Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with global teams highly preferred
- Ability to travel frequently

- Position reports to Director, Sales
- This position may have future direct reports.
