We are looking for a Technical Service Executive to join us in B. Braun Taiwan!

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, modify, and repair products, equipment and systems that have been purchased by the organization's customers & invested assets; and identify and correct more complex problems associated with start-up.
  • Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for installations, upgrades, and other technical services; prepare work orders and monitor work progress against estimates.
  • Develop and sign after-service contracts with customers and maintain contracts in the central database.
  • Plan, prioritize, and implement service activities to fulfill maintenance contracts and service-level agreements.
  • Develop, evaluate, and review technical service procedures and standards; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and resolve recurring more complex problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • The job function listed is not exclusive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • University degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of technical services working experience in medical devices industry
  • Must have electronic machine/surgical instrument technical knowledge and related maintenance and repair experiences in hospitals. Provide frequent application training to nurses and doctors.
  • The work arrangement for this role is 5 days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday as support is needed during the weekends.
  • This role requires you to travel to customer sites across Taiwan for technical support from time to time.
  • Technical service experiences on power system repair and maintenance experiences and spare part management.
  • Good command of Mandarin, Taiwanese & English as this role requires you to deal with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Excellent in communication & collaboration skill
  • Good in MS office and Service Max.
