Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and manage customer requirements, develop and present solutions, and assist the sales team in securing customer orders.
  2. Train customers on product technical knowledge to help them quickly become familiar with product solutions.
  3. Resolve customers daily product technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction with the service.
  4. Maintain customer relationships to support the expansion of additional sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, electronics, communications, or other related STEM fields.
  2. CET-4 or above in English, capable of using it as a working language.
  3. Strong understanding and analytical skills, sensitivity to problems, and high stress tolerance.
  4. Excellent customer service awareness, strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
