This role is intended for individuals who can provide technical support to end-users for the applications in Cargo terminal; who can talk with users to analyze and document the requirements for application upgrades and enhancements; should be able to work with the application vendors and track on progress of the defects and application enhancements. Should have understanding of software development lifecycle and has worked as system analyst or provided application support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users and duty managers in a fast-paced airport environment
- Analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Log and track defects using defect tracking tools
- Seek support from vendors when necessary
- Collaborate with the project team to analyse and document new upgrades and enhancements
- Work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of user satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in defect tracking tools and IT service management software
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate with vendors and project teams
- Ability to speak both English and Cantonese fluently
