Telesales Director (Commission No upper limit, no Cold Call required)

Working location:
1) Tuen Mun Yau Tak Industrial Building (near Tuen Mun West Rail Station), providing shuttle buses to and from Kowloon
2) Kowloon Bay Kai Hui (formerly known as Optane Plaza), providing shuttle buses to and from the MTR station
3) Yuet Lun Street, Lai Chi Kok (MTR Mei Foo Station, near Manhattan Hill Estate)
4) Bute Street, Mong Kok (MTR Prince Edward Station) , opposite the Founding Center)

Working hours:
48 hours per week, long and short weeks, 5.5 days in long and short weeks 5 days a week, closed on Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers via phone to follow up on contract renewal services , and promote other products and services, such as CSL., 1O1O, online, nowTV and home phone, etc.
• Call list is provided by the company, no cold call is required
• Follow the regulations and procedures work,
• Comply with company policies and procedures, follow up and complete each job in a timely manner and strive to provide good customer service
• Those with sales experience will be given priority as senior telesales officers

Job requirements:

• Second Five/Secondary School Diploma or above
• Actively assist customers and promote sales
• Have good listening, communication and sales skills
• Have good software application experience
