Implement IHS China East team sales plans and achieve sales target, building and maintaining good relationship with end customers, design institutes and channel partners. Territory will cover part of western provinces and certain new energy industry customers in China western Region.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
Meet and exceed individual annual sales performance and development goals.
Taking initiative to grow industrial sales revenue within assigned area.
Making sales forecast, meeting monthly shipping plan and achieving sales target in the assigned territory.
Proactively developing business relationship with Design Institute and Engineering Company to identify project opportunities in assigned territory.
Establish new channel partners and further develop existing business partners in achieving organic growth of baseline business.
Provide necessary information for project bid, work out bidding strategy with supervisor and get internal resources from supporting functions such as Product Marketing, Proposal & Estimate, Project Management, Customer Services, Logistics & Sourcing team, prepare and finalize bidding documents.
.Provide technical support to design institute, end user and distributor during project development and throughout contract execution stages.
Collect competitive information and provide industry/market development trend to help senior sales management formulate business strategy.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor Degree or above, better in Electrical Engineering or equivalent fields
Minimum 5 years working experience in sales function or project design or project management function 5
Good communication skill and affinity
Strong willing of learning
Good computer skill in Microsoft office Microsoft office
Be willing to travel
With previous or current working experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Coal Chemical, Power Generation, Pipeline Co.New energy industry etc. end users
With project sales and direct sales experience
With certain capabilities of project management, execution and coordination
Working experience in Engineering & Construction Co. responsible for business development, or project management or commercial role. Good relationship with North China based EPC companies is preferred
English reading/ writing and speaking
