Responsibilities
Team Introduction: TikTok is an international short video platform covering 150 countries and regions. We hope to discover real and interesting moments through TikTok and make life better. TikTok has offices around the world, with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, and offices in New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. The TikTok User Growth team explores the growth potential of products and drives user growth with technology. The team not only practices user growth methodology in products and continuously consolidates growth capabilities, but also explores TikTok's multimodal product ecology to leverage the rapid growth of user scale. We will be extremely close to the business, and work with product and operation students to explore user growth methodology and continuously consolidate the growth capabilities of the business. Together, we will conduct insight analysis through data performance in the business to find business opportunities, analyze different business needs around different growth business models, and conduct technical design and implementation. We will also optimize and upgrade our architecture and system from a technical perspective, make pure technical level transformation, and use technology to drive business development and change. 1. Responsible for the quality construction of TikTok's user growth business, be able to keenly discover business pain points, and carry out corresponding construction to ensure that advertising delivery goals are achieved 2. According to product design or needs, conduct demand analysis, formulate test plans, risk assessment, design test data and test cases, execute test cases, accurately locate and track problems, etc. 3. Continuously track online problems and draw some improvement measures such as optimization monitoring and test plan improvement 4. Make improvement suggestions for products to establish an ultimate user experience, and make improvement suggestions for projects to improve the overall efficiency of the project.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication and other related fields, 3 years or more of Internet product testing experience, iOS/Android/Server are all acceptable those with advertising experience are preferred, and those with data and big data testing experience and proficiency in SQL/Hive/HDFS and other technologies are preferred 2. Familiar with the basic back-end technology, proficient in at least one mainstream programming language Golang/Python/C++/Java, etc., and those who have the ability to independently implement development frameworks are preferred those who understand the front-end technology Typescript/React, and have experience in Web development and UI automation will be a plus 3. Quick thinking, clear logic, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, fast learning Learning ability, strong execution, strong sense of responsibility, and certain ability to withstand pressure.
