Responsible for the algorithm evaluation and evaluation system construction of TikTok's live broadcast strategy, including the construction of algorithm evaluation capabilities from algorithm to engineering, evaluation standardization, evaluation automation, algorithm quality guarantee capabilities, rapid problem diagnosis capabilities, intelligent evaluation capabilities, etc. 2. Algorithm evaluation engineering capability construction: including tool platform development, in-depth collaboration with business to solve business pain points, algorithm quality operations, etc. 3. Strategic product testing: work closely with the product development team to complete algorithm scenario evaluation and other tasks to ensure the quality of model delivery 4. Quality system construction: construction of model algorithm testing related tools, automated testing, continuous integration, monitoring and alarm construction 5. Online stability guarantee Analysis and location of important online problems, and promote the systematic optimization and solution of related problems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, master at least one language in Python/C/C++/Java and related technology stack, and have good programming skills and specifications 2. Have relevant work experience in quality assurance, and algorithm development experience is preferred 3. Proficient in machine learning, deep learning concepts and mainstream frameworks, have technical enthusiasm for models, and are familiar with the principles of models such as GPT/BERT/T5 is preferred 4. Have strong learning ability, analytical ability, problem-solving ability and abstract problem characteristics 5. Good communication and teamwork skills, have certain planning and promotion capabilities, self-driven, and have their own thoughts on the development of the testing industry.
