The product functions that the TikTok content discovery team is responsible for cover all the scenarios of TikTok content distribution, including core scenarios such as homepage search and recommended information flow, and meet the needs of users to discover content through personalized means and product functions. Responsible for the quality assurance of TikTok's main architecture business, testing technology, tools and platform innovation 2. Able to quickly pull through the establishment of large and medium-sized project testing systems, testing processes, testing implementation, quality and risk control 3. Promote and improve the testing capabilities of each end, implement automated testing mechanisms, and continuously promote the improvement of testing efficiency 4. Online stability guarantee, analysis and positioning of important online problems, and promote the systematic optimization and solution of related problems 5. Create a good quality atmosphere, enhance the quality awareness of the R&D team, and continuously promote quality construction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, 3 years or more of testing experience, independently responsible for projects, able to promote product testing and control product quality through effective means, processes and methods 2. In-depth mastery of testing system, testing process and testing technology, able to improve efficiency through testing technology, client-related testing experience and server stability construction experience is preferred 3. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to propose implementation plans for improving R&D processes and R&D efficiency from the perspective of the entire R&D.
