The product functions that the TikTok content discovery team is responsible for cover all TikTok content distribution scenarios, including core scenarios such as homepage search and recommended information flow, and meet users demands for content discovery through personalized means and product functions. Responsible for the quality assurance work of TikTok search LLM direction, build a large model-related quality system, participate in change control, automated testing, LLM evaluation, LLM security and other quality and efficiency projects 2. Based on the existing quality and efficiency problems of the engineering and algorithm teams, provide reasonable quality and efficiency solutions, and promote implementation to improve delivery quality and efficiency 3. Be able to pay attention and learn in a timely manner, and explore new large model-related quality and efficiency solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, proficient in testing processes, methods and tools 2. Solid programming foundation, proficient in one or more languages such as Python/Go/Java/C++ 3. Have a sense of continuous learning and innovation, and be brave to try new technologies and new methods 4. Have a deep understanding and certain experience in AIGC technology, have a passion for the field of large models, and have experience in AI-related test development and evaluation.
