The TikTok Live R&D team aims to implement the R&D work of TikTok's live broadcast business and build and maintain industry-leading products. Responsible for the global quality assurance of TikTok live broadcast multi-scenario business, to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of business, including but not limited to Android/iOS, Windows, Web, Server and other fields 2. Responsible for building a quality assurance system suitable for the business, promoting the implementation and optimization of processes, tools, quality-specific technologies, etc. within the business 3. Responsible for test team building and team management, setting team goals and implementing them, and establishing a team talent training mechanism.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of testing experience, bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors 2. Proficient in any language such as Java/C/C++/Go/Python, with good technical capabilities 3. In-depth testing technology accumulation and project experience in at least one direction of Android/iOS/Windows/Web/Server 4. Strong self-driving ability, responsible for project quality, able to actively discover problems and promote continuous improvement of projects 5. Team management experience and talent training experience are preferred 6. Bonus points: basic English expression skills, overseas study or project experience is preferred.
