Responsible for the performance experience evaluation of TikTok live client, and work with the virtual team members of various business directions of live broadcast, collaborate with the product development of the performance experience direction, and be responsible for quality assurance work in related fields 2. Responsible for the performance degradation prevention, offline evaluation, and various experience-related technical transformation special evaluations of the live broadcast business establish a performance experience problem identification and degradation prevention system guided by QoE indicators, improve problem discovery capabilities, formulate relevant access and exit standards, and regularly produce evaluation reports 3. Responsible for the RCA capability building of performance and experience problems from discovery to root cause location establish Ability to analyze and mine experience problems, undertake key and difficult technical breakthroughs, promote and cooperate with R&D to jointly solve experience problems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 3 years of client test and development related work experience 2. Experience in mobile Internet client testing/development, in-depth mastery of common performance testing tools and testing methods, with performance experience degradation prevention work methodology, rich experience in client performance and experience testing, and rich experience in streaming media and video business fields is preferred 3. Familiar with at least one language such as Go/Python/Java, with a certain algorithm foundation, and those with platform development experience are preferred 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, excellent communication and collaboration skills and problem-solving skills, good at thinking about problems from a global perspective, and have user thinking and service awareness.
