The TikTok Live R&D team aims to implement the R&D work of TikTok's live broadcast business and build and maintain industry-leading products. Currently, multiple job opportunities are open in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. 1. Responsible for the quality assurance of TikTok and TikTok live service architecture 2. Responsible for the quality infrastructure of the service architecture, including but not limited to code branch specifications, test environment management, automated testing, pipeline construction, etc. 3. Responsible for the stability construction of the service architecture, and promote the implementation of stability assurance in various businesses, including but not limited to change management, monitoring management, full-link stress testing, capacity management, etc. 4. In view of the differences and risks in compliance, data, security and other aspects of international business in different regions at home and abroad, explore and build corresponding quality assurance strategies and means, and implement them effectively 5. Build a quality assurance system for TikTok live service, and steadily advance it in combination with business and team conditions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 3 years of experience in server-side testing and development related work 2. Experience in mobile Internet server testing/development, and those with rich experience in continuous integration, environment management, and stability assurance are preferred 3. Familiar with at least one language such as Go/Python/Java, with a certain algorithm foundation, and those with platform development experience are preferred 4. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, good at thinking about problems from a global perspective, with user thinking and service awareness 5. Good at cross-departmental communication, and those with experience in stability management and SRE are preferred.
