- Creating the testing plans(designs) for new solutions(new machine, product construction, process).
- Testing progress driving, problem finding, feedback and data record.
- Problem solving during implementation.
- Identify the risks and opportunities during the testing.
- Providing technical support when needed.

- 2+ years HTL and printing technical experience
- Must have analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fabric or woven label experience is preferred.
- Good manipulative ability
- Industrial control experience is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and providing technical support.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
- Good English reading skill especially for technical documents, good skill on oral English is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to learn new knowledge.
