Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Textile Department Manager at EXC Taiwan Co Ltd located in Daya District. The Textile Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the textile department, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing a team of about 12 employees. Most of production at this facility are custom textiles made specifically for a customer. Hence the management role requires experience in automation in order to help reduce the time and improve the capacity of the department making these custom printed garments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in textile manufacturing and production management
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills
• Strong knowledge of textile processes, quality control, and supply chain management
• Understanding of software development in regards with automation of tasks such as production schedules, graphics layouts and automated laser cutting of textiles. Actual software development skills are not required but experience in managing software related project is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required as the development team as well as customers are all English speakers.

What We Offer:

Salary range: TWD 50,000 to TWD 90.000 per month, based on qualifications.
