Thermal Solution Design & Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Discuss specific project design solutions with clients, ensuring timely and accurate understanding of project information and customer requirements.

2. Collaborate with clients on front-end design; perform thermal performance analysis and propose appropriate thermal solutions based on requirements.

3. Manage specific projects, coordinate with manufacturers for product production, and handle issues to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Willing to travel as required.

5. Supervise and manage team members.

6. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Required Majors: Mechanical Engineering or related fields, Aerospace Engineering or related fields

Languages: Mandarin- Proficient, English- Proficient

Work Experience: 3 years

Skills: AutoCAD, Pro/E
