Tik Tok Mini Game User Product Manager

1. Responsible for Tik Tok Mini Game user product related work, including but not limited to: search, video anchor and other discovery scenarios sidebar, add desktop and other revisit scenarios 2. Study Tik Tok user habits and consumption scenarios, explore user scenarios that can enhance content connection games, create corresponding product capabilities, and open them to mini game developers 3. Combine multiple perspectives such as user consumption, game operation, and commercialization to continuously improve product capabilities & traffic distribution strategies to drive positive business development 4. Identify key opportunities in the gaming industry and explore new scenarios and business models based on the perspective of Douyin.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of user product work experience, with a gaming or content platform background preferred 2. Good at handling complex businesses and projects, outstanding demand analysis capabilities, and the ability to clearly quantify goals and values 3. Clear logic, data sensitivity, the ability to think and solve problems systematically, and the ability to coordinate complex businesses globally.
