Responsibilities
1. Responsible for reviewing the design of the security management workbench, including application flow organization, role permissions, business dashboards, message access channels, open frameworks and other basic framework capabilities of the workbench 2. Formulate workbench product strategies based on different organizational structures, business scales and stages of different business attributes to help solve the exposure of manager workbench functions, message access, and explicitness of business paths, reduce management costs, and improve management efficiency of managers 3. Through business logic combing, data analysis, and demand mining, systematically establish audit safety quality, efficiency, human resource scheduling, screening, recall, and cultivation mechanisms to help the business control risks and grow rapidly 4. Develop a product roadmap, be responsible for and promote the entire process of project management from product planning, design, interaction, development to online, data monitoring, and iterative optimization.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 3 years or more of human resources industry product work experience or mobile product experience is preferred 2. Familiar with HR process architecture system and theoretical knowledge system have an in-depth understanding of human resources management business and system functional modules 3. Have strong program design, logical thinking analysis ability, communication ability and system planning ability.
