Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the risk and infringement protection management process of the novel copyright industry, responsible for the drafting and implementation of the anti-plagiarism standards and processes of Tomato novel copyright business 2. Connect with business, legal, PA and review teams, run through and maintain the copyright process, support the effective risk reduction and external protection of online literature copyright 3. Understand the online literature market, be able to analyze and summarize the methodology of various status quo and data, conduct surveys and investigations on the novel industry, and promote the optimization of copyright business 4. According to development needs and received business information, make accurate judgments on risk concentration and handle them in a timely manner.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, pay attention to online literature products, understand online literature creation and infringement logic, and have experience in online literature editing and operation 2. Understand novel copyright issues, be familiar with infringement risks and classic cases in the novel industry, understand the anti-piracy infringement protection of online literature, and follow up on the handling of infringement incidents 3. Have data monitoring and analysis capabilities, and be proficient in using various formulas such as Excel 4. Strong logical thinking ability, strong summary and sorting ability, and can write summary risk/methodology documents well 5. Have good communication, coordination and execution skills, strong teamwork awareness, can adapt to a faster work pace, and can independently handle various business matters.
