1. Bachelor degree or above, with working experience in book retail or publishing industry preferred 2. Clear communication skills, good communication skills and certain customer negotiation skills 3. Self-driven, practical, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to continuously promote the resolution of complex problems.
