Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of various types of content data such as film and television, novels, and short dramas, ensuring data quality and supporting consumer supply 2. Based on industry dynamics and product positioning, in-depth user usage scenarios, explore internal and external high-quality content resources, perform quality correction, and ensure content competitiveness 3. Communicate and collaborate with multiple roles in product, technology, and operations to efficiently support the implementation of products and strategic plans, and improve search quality and user growth.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 1-3 years of experience in the content industry students with workplace experience and skills/people's livelihood finance/outdoor travel strategies/healthy lifestyle/entertainment and other content operation experience are preferred 2. In-depth understanding of the field: understand the industry dynamics, market trends, user needs, etc. in the field, so as to formulate targeted operation strategies 3. Data analysis ability: able to collect and analyze data, deeply explore potential needs, and create explosive content 4. Be resilient, have a clear sense of purpose, strong execution, can accept fast-paced work, and have good communication and organizational skills 5. Good at analyzing and solving problems, good at learning, and have strong subjective initiative and self-driving force.
