Toutiao Strategic Product Manager - Incentive Growth Direction

1. Responsible for the design of Toutiao gold coin-related gameplay and strategy, and improve the retention of Toutiao products 2. Responsible for the use of gold coins to guide content consumption, including watching videos, reading novels, etc. 3. In-depth goal setting and idea decomposition for a certain growth direction, locate core issues, and find key solutions 4. Participate in business planning and formulation, through continuous attention and analysis of product user feedback.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of product experience, experience in growth & coins & coupons is preferred 2. Familiar with mainstream domestic and foreign information, content products, strategic product experience is a plus 3. Good user awareness, sensitive to data, strong user product design or strategy capabilities 4. Curious, love to think, strong communication and expression skills, execution and driving force, and strong growth aspirations.
