Details of the Division and Team:
Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility. Work includes:
- Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate
- Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external parties

Your key responsibilities:
- Co-work with outsourcing team, ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant transaction processing.
- Ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant Regulatory reporting.
- Confirmation preparing and follow up.
- Sending request to related system maintenance team to make sure the most updated records in system, e.g. client address, SSI setup request.
- Investigate and follow up on Regular reconciliation report.
- Have good relationship with the front office and other internal and/or external parties
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in bank operation processing.
- Able to work independently.
- Organized with strong awareness of risk controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective spoken and written English/Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
