Responsibilities
1. According to the business needs of international e-commerce users, operations and partners, sort out the work process, provide data monitoring and analysis capabilities, and quickly build traffic operation products that meet market demand to help business growth 2. Rationally disassemble and formulate business data indicators, use data analysis models and scientific conclusions, plan and implement data product functions, and conduct in-depth analysis and guidance to all parties and internal teams in the business domain through data products 3. Conduct in-depth research on international e-commerce business, explore business line analysis and decision-making needs, and provide data support for the internal operation team 4. Based on business goals, work with relevant teams to design and build a dynamic monitoring mechanism, visually track platform indicators, conduct in-depth research on industry products, and improve e-commerce operation efficiency and user experience 5. Participate in the construction of e-commerce operation functions, continuously optimize operation and promotion content based on user feedback and data analysis, and coordinate marketing and other release plans.
Qualifications
1. Three years or more of platform product planning experience, e-commerce product design experience is preferred, computer, mathematics, statistics and other majors are a plus 2. Passionate about the e-commerce industry, strong process awareness, data analysis and mining skills, and keen data insight 3. Proficient in using design tools such as Axure and Xmind, good at drawing product flow charts, and writing product requirement documents and technical function description documents 4. Have project management experience, strong execution, excellent teamwork and communication and coordination skills, and can effectively promote product improvement and project launch 5. English can be used as a working language. This position requires collaboration and communication with internal partners at home and abroad.
