Training Operations

1. Build/improve internal business training processes and systems, precipitate and regularly output training plans based on business pain points, and follow up and evaluate the results 2. Be able to independently be responsible for project construction and promotion, effectively link up with collaborators, and promote effective transformation around department goals 3. Go deep into the business, design a systematic quality system, link strategy, product, R&D and other teams to promote the implementation of intelligent quality operations, constantly discover problems & ensure the quality of target results 4. Support the operations of other departments.

1. Bachelor degree or above, education, human resources and other professional backgrounds are preferred 2. Have risk awareness, high enthusiasm and curiosity for experience service business, and deep understanding of business solutions 3. Have good communication and coordination skills, data analysis, and writing skills strong logic, and project management experience 4. Work experience in business training, process operation, etc. is preferred.
