Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the merchant product operation work in the direction of Douyin e-commerce-transaction fulfillment, explore the demands and pain points of merchants/users in the entire cycle of transaction orders, and form corresponding business demand solutions 2. Combine the forward and reverse transaction fulfillment links and logistics and express delivery services to deeply understand the current situation and business goals, implement production and transportation strategies and effective promotion methods around platform services and merchant tools, improve user/merchant satisfaction and maintain in-depth cooperation and exchanges with the industry, establish a strong and effective cooperation mechanism, propose product construction directions and optimization suggestions from a product perspective, promote product R&D collaboration internally, and help the industry and merchants grow 3. Through systematic data and problem monitoring methods and mechanisms, monitor product operation data and merchant feedback, timely discover data fluctuations, analyze the reasons behind, and promote the product R&D team to solve problems.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in Internet platform operation independently responsible for B-end product operation, with successful practical cases operators with e-commerce platform transaction fulfillment function operation and merchant operation are preferred 2. Have good communication and coordination skills, willing to directly communicate with products and R&D good logic, strong reverse communication skills, good at communicating and mining information with industry merchants 3. Have strong data acumen and data analysis capabilities, project management experience and ability, and can promote and coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals.
