Job Description

  • Daily Operations with a focus on client requirements
  • Support all operations under Google policy, Transportation team instructions and support to monitor vendors full compliance with all local and governmental regulations and legislations. Familiar with shuttle bus operations and respond in the first instance to any fault reports or service requests, and action accordingly by arranging repairs and maintenance as deemed necessary.
  • Work with contractors to provide safe, clean and orderly operation of transportation service.
  • Worked with the on-site service team for internal courier pick up and delivery on time / user communication for lost and found and other related to transportation services support.
  • Parking Management Duties: Database administration for primary site parking facility. Respond to access requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage parking access for leased locations and off-site facilities. Act as liaison with landlord or property manager, coordinate access card distribution and generate monthly usage reports
  • Daily operation data entry and document retention (figures, equipment listings etc.)
  • Understand the client's shuttle bus requirements for the off-site event and connect with the vendor to provide transportation service.
  • Ensure pertaining to the signages, insurance and all necessary documents are up to date.
  • Be an effective communicator with clients, tenants and contractors and submit related applications to Landlord
  • Support accurate generation of passengers usage rate, statistics and chart.
  • Accounting and finance support. Ensure the payment request from the vendor and invoice submission timely.
  • Ensure that any risk management/essential safety measure issues are appropriately addressed and actioned in consultation with the direct manager. Adhere to escalation and incident reporting procedures.

  • Understand emergency SOP and support during shuttle bus operating hours when needed. Have a varied and creative thought process on various services for the users and transport operations to ensure an experience for the employee journey.
  • Be able to work flexibly to interact with the different teams, eager to learn and keep on improving working skills.
  • Assist to collect user satisfaction, random inspections for the equipment on vehicle/drivers to ensure correct transport operations are upheld.
  • Ad-hoc tasks provided by the transportation manager.
  • Transportation Internal communication messages delivery
  • Support manager to produce an cross site internal communications to deliver the message to client properly
  • Manage the Gbus platform and e-board to ensure internal communications across all mediums Communication via Mobile APP/Website/Email/Chat to employees in regards to publishing safety advisories or intimating change in schedule/ operating procedures.
