[General Responsibilities]
- Lead the treasury team and ensure the company meets all cash needs, including projects and subsidiaries, tracking cash flows of all group companies, defining guidelines, and procedures along with other departments that demand any type of payments.
- Manage corporate liquidity and maximize returns on the company's cash balance by defining and executing policies for the company's financial investments to ensure the best allocation of available cash.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, develop bank facilities, and identify opportunities to utilize bank services.
- Monitor credit and financial markets, provide analysis for current investment position, track rates on new transactions and support funding decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
- Maturity in team supervision and talent development.
[Job Requirement]
- Bachelor's degree in business management administration, economy, finance, accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in a leadership position in Treasury.
- Expertise in treasury operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of the treasury function effectively.
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments is essential to access funding sources, manage debt issuances, and execute capital raising transactions.
- Proficiency in cash management to optimize cash flows, maintain adequate liquidity, and minimize financing costs.
- Knowledge of investment instruments, such as money market funds, bonds, equities, and derivatives, as well as an understanding of investment principles and strategies.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate uncertainty and make informed decisions to resolve issues effectively.
